Our return policy allows you 30 days from order date to initiate a return. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our goal is to provide fair and transparent options for refunds.

Please review the following guidelines to understand our refund process:


Returns:

Customers have a window of 30 days from the order date to request a refund. If you're dissatisfied with your supplements within this period, you're eligible for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aqx-media.com to initiate your return process . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other In-transit issues:

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is damaged, opened, or if you receive the wrong item. 

Purchase Source:

Our refund policy applies exclusively to items purchased from our official website. We cannot process refunds for products bought through third-party vendors, marketplaces, retail stores or through affiliate channels/networks. Please ensure that you've made your purchase directly from our website to be eligible for a refund.


Product Condition:

We accept returns for a refund or replacement on any product purchases in the last 30 days, even if it has been opened.

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be at least 90% full, meaning consumption could be to a maximum of 10% (example: If you purchased a 30-count bottle, the item needs to be returned back with minimum 27 capsules). Products returned with less than 90% of their contents will not be accepted.


Lost In-Transit Orders:

We are pleased to offer Package Protection Insurance via Route

This optional service can help you get a refund or replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Coverage is not available in all countries or situations.

To opt in to Route Package Protection, head to checkout. Locate the Route toggle (bottom of the checkout page) and make sure to keep it ON. Note that the service fee will be automatically added to your total. Complete your order, then check your email for coverage confirmation. 

Route Package Protection is auto-selected for some orders. To opt out, simply click "X" on the route item in your cart during checkout.

We will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment or delivery.


If you've been patiently waiting for your order and you DIDNT purchase Route or seen any movement or updates for 10 business days, please contact us at info@aqx-media.com immediately so we can investigate the situation. In such cases, you have the option to request either a reshipment or credit for your order. 


Cancellations:

We appreciate your business and we understand that sometimes plans change.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (or in some cases while in-transit) with valid cause, please contact us at info@aqx-media.com. Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and up to 3 business days from the date you have received delivery of your order.


Unfulfilled Orders:

You have the freedom to cancel an order as long as it remains unfulfilled. If you decide to cancel before we've processed your order for shipment, you can do so without any hassles. You will be refunded in-full.


Fulfilled Orders:

Once an order is fulfilled and prepared for shipment, canceling may not be possible. In this scenario, we encourage you to contact us so that we can assist you further.
